Fill a bowl with crushed granola and oatmeal
- Fill another bowl of the same size with a mix of peanut butter and honey and microwave or heat until the peanut butter has liquefied to blend with the honey
- Mix the peanut butter and honey with the crushed granola and oatmeal until all ingredients have stuck to one another
- Add cling to a square or rectangular tray. Leave
extra cling on the sides and fill the tray with the mixed ingredients creating a flat top. (see picture for help) - Place the tray in the fridge for a few hours (preferably overnight) and when done cut into bars.
PS I’m really not advertising Sainsubury’s, just happen to shop there. LOLz (unless Sainsbury’s want to sponsor… then sure!)

These look delicious, but I’m not convinced they are healthy… are you exploring ways to cook that produce snacks that are fresh rather than left packaged in a store for a long time? That said i’d like to make these when the peanut jar isn’t empty! nicola http://islingtonfacesblog.com

hi nicola, thank you for your response! That is absolutely right, the blog focuses on using fresher, healthier and generally ‘better’ ingredients instead of store bought ready-made products. If you do make them please let me know how it goes! xavier
