Salad Feast!

Protein power, nutritional champion and moderate carb allowance! An easy way to make my lunch or dinner tastey and healthy!
There really isn’t a process in making this – my motto – ‘throw in whatever you want.’


Tuna (half a regular tin)

Small bag of spinach

Small portion of rice – feel free to add any sauce to your rice for flavouring!

Cherry/baby tomatoes


Beans (whichever you prefer)



You could add low fat salad dressing if you want but you dont have to!!!


Eat a bowl full!

    1. Thank you! And yes of course, perhaps I could use a different source of protien and use eggs instead. The best thing about salads for me is that I like mixing them up so that i do not get bored of eating the same thing over and over again!
